Veselka Farms is a sanctuary for healing, growth, and renewal, founded by Dr. Christine Charyton, Ph.D., a distinguished psychologist, educator, and equestrian. With extensive experience in psychology and education, Dr. Charyton envisioned a place where individuals could reconnect with themselves and the world around them in meaningful ways. Located in the heart of Pataskala, Ohio, our farm offers more than a peaceful setting—it is a purposefully designed environment where science, art, and nature come together to create opportunities for transformation. Meet Dr. Christine Charyton
Dr. Charyton is a trailblazer in the fields of psychology, neurology, and engineering. With a Ph.D. in psychology and a career spanning academia, research, and private practice, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work. Her accolades include the Humanitarian Award from NCATE and her role as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Ohio State University.
At Veselka Farms, Dr. Christine Charyton integrates her expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and positive psychology with innovative approaches like equine-assisted psychotherapy and Creative Arts and Mandala therapy. Her passion for helping individuals with psychological and neurological conditions is matched only by her love for horses and the arts.
